With Hardware-as-a-Service, the Move Pro stays Alogo's property while you subscribe. That's what lets us include firmware and hardware updates: as the sensor evolves, you ride with the latest version — you never own an outdated device.

If a sensor is damaged, it's covered under the subscription terms: a reconditioned or new replacement keeps you on the latest hardware.

What does "rental" mean, and what if the sensor breaks?
The sensor stays Alogo's property while you subscribe — that's how firmware and hardware updates stay included, so you're always on the latest device. If it's damaged, it's covered under the subscription terms with a reconditioned or new replacement.
How does racing per-horse billing work?
You pay per active horse, with volume tiers: CHF 120 (1–20 horses), CHF 99 (21–50) and CHF 79 (51+) per active horse / month — about CHF 3.95 / horse / day at the top tier. An active horse is one with at least one session in the last weeks; billing auto-pauses when a horse rests. Annual prepay gives 2 months free, and the subscription is sold to the trainer for the whole string.
