# Cookies management policy

# 1. In general

1.1. Definitions. Generally, capitalized terms in this Cookies Policy have the meaning ascribed to them in art. 1 of the General conditions or, failing that, in these conditions.

1.2. Relationship with the general conditions. This Cookie Management Policy applies in addition to the Terms and conditions and other documents included in the Contract Documentation, including the Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the General conditions and this Cookies Management Policy, the latter prevails.

1.3. Translation. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the French version of this present Policy, the French version prevails.

# 2. Object

2.1. The purpose of this Cookies Management Policy is to inform the Users about the nature of Cookies used by Alogo and certain third parties as well as their use.

2.2. In case of disagreement with this Cookies Management Policy, the User may, from his browser, block the use of Cookies. In this case, all or part of the Platform or Services may be inaccessible or unusable.

# 3. Definition

3.1. Cookies are the equivalent of a small text file, stored on the terminal of access to the Platform (computer, tablet, phone, etc ...) of the User.

3.2. The Cookies are deposited by Alogo or by third parties on the terminals used by the User to consult the Platform in order to collect information relating to its navigation or to optimize / personalize its experience.

4.1. Cookies of Alogo. These are Cookies deposited by Alogo.

4.2. Third party cookies. hese are cookies deposited by third parties (Google for example).

# 5. Cookies - Types and utility

5.1. Cookies strictly necessary. Some Cookies are necessary for the use of our Services. These are mainly Alogo Cookies. These Cookies are used in particular to allow the User to access secure access to the Platform, or the purchase of Alogo MOVE (Shopping Cart).

5.2. Analytical cookies. Some Cookies allow Alogo to understand the use that a User makes of the Platform and the performance of it. These are both Alogo Cookies and Third Party Cookies (such as GoogleAnalytics Cookies). These Cookies allow Alogo to recognize and count the number of Users of the Platform as well as determine how they use the Site or App. This allows Alogo to improve the Platform and the Services it offers.

5.3. Functional cookies. Some Cookies are used to allow the Platform to display personalized content for the User, for example the display of the User's name and save the preferences thereof. These are mainly Alogo Cookies.

5.4. Advertising cookies. Some Cookies are used to present advertisements that correspond to the User's interests on the Platform or outside. These are mainly third-party cookies, over which Alogo has no control.

5.5. Cookies of social networks. Some Cookies are used to allow the User to connect to the Platform via social network plugins, or to share different content on said social platforms. These Cookies can also allow the display of personalized content on social networks. These are mainly third-party cookies, over which Alogo has no control.

5.6. Cookies related to payment security. Some cookies are used to secure the payments made during the Alogo MOVE Pre-Order. These cookies are mainly third-party cookies issued by Alogo's financial partners. Alogo has no control over these cookies.

# 6. Cookies Management

6.1. Users may set the use of Cookies by choosing at any time to disable the use of all or part of Cookies Alogo and/or third parties.

6.2. Cookies are set up through each of the terminals used for navigation on the Platform and according to the methods given for these platforms in their respective documentation.

6.3. It is reminded that some Cookies are necessary for the use of certain services (Article 5.1) and that the deactivation of all or part of them may result in the impossibility of accessing certain Services or the use of these services.

6.4. The deactivation of Analytical cookies (article 5.2) has the consequence of preventing the User's browser from sending information to the issuers of the said Cookies and does not in principle prevent the use of the Platform.

6.5. Disabling Functional Cookies (Section 5.3) may prevent access to all or part of the Services offered by Alogo.

6.6. The deactivation of advertising cookies (article 5.4) has the effect of preventing the display of advertising in relation to the user's interests but has no effect on the advertising display itself. Thus the deactivation of this type of Cookies does not have the effect of preventing the display of advertising and does not in principle prevent the use of the Platform.

6.7. The deactivation of Social Network Cookies (article 5.5) does not in principle prevent the use of the Platform but only access to certain services such as sharing buttons on social networks.

6.8. The deactivation of Payment Security Cookies (section 5.6) may prevent the use of certain Alogo Services, for example the payment of Alogo MOVE Pre-orders.

6.9. Alogo can not be held responsible for the use of data collected by third parties and / or for cookies deposited by them. It is up to the User to manage Cookies according to each issuer.
